AlignWell Chiropractic isn’t a corporate clinic — it’s a family-run practice built by two cousins, Dr. Alfredo Espinoza and Dr. Abiel Gonzalez, both proud Texans and longtime chiropractors serving Austin and Round Rock, TX.

We started AlignWell to bring honest, stress-free care to our community — the kind of place where you’re treated like a neighbor, not a number.

From Three Clinics to One Mission

Dr. Espinoza opened two Austin clinics in 2017, later teaming with cousin Dr. Gonzalez to form AlignWell.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Alfredo Espinoza, D.C.
Gentle Care Chiropractor
Dr. Alfredo Espinoza was born and raised in South Texas. After graduating from Harlingen High School South he joined the U.S. Army where he proudly served in Operation Enduring Freedom. Dr. Espinoza then went on to attend college at the University of Texas at Brownsville. He majored in biology with a minor in chemistry. 
 
Dr. Espinoza graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Human Biology and Doctorate in Chiropractic. He then moved to Austin where he has put down roots. He enjoys Austins live music, food scene and has become an avid fan of Austin FC. 
 
Offering the best quality of care while listening to the patients needs is a top priority for the Doctors at Alignwell Chiropractic. Dr. Espinoza looks forward to continuing to care for his patients and improving their quality of life!

Sports & Injury Recovery Chiropractor

Dr. Abiel Gonzalez is a native Houstonian who has dedicated his career to helping patients move and feel their best. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Human Performance from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College. 

 

Before relocating to Austin in 2011, Dr. Gonzalez practiced in The Woodlands, Texas, where he specialized in sports chiropractic care, sports injuries, and exercise physiology. His background in athletic performance continues to shape his patient-centered approach to care.

 

A strong advocate for addressing the root causes of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, Dr. Gonzalez focuses on restoring proper function rather than masking symptoms with medication. He finds great fulfillment in helping patients reach their health goals and achieve results they once thought impossible.

 

Outside the clinic, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys mountain biking, resistance training, and golfing. Most of all, he values spending quality time with his wife and daughter, creating memories together as a family.

 

Dr. Gonzalez is certified and licensed through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
